Group Writing

We like to engage in groupwork for composition writing as this helps us to learn from our peers.
We always brainstorm and plan our stories before writing it out.
In the group, every member takes turn to write the story.
Mrs Tong constantly moves from group to group, checking our work, conferencing with us and commenting on our ideas.
She also praises us for using good ideas and good phrases in our writing.
Mrs Tong will read our good ideas and good phrases out to share with the whole class during the writing activity.
At the same time, different group members will take turns to go the the board to contribute to our class writing resources.
We are free to go to our writers' corner and the writing resources board to look for new ideas for our writing.
Group writing is fun.
